October Cabinet Meeting
2nd VDG REPORT - JODI BURMESTER

Clubs
• Visited West Grant & Fennimore Lions Clubs.
• Plan to visit all the Clubs in Regions 1 & 4 throughout the year. Will continue scheduling these visits during the Regional Zone Meetings.
• Supporting the team that is re-launching the UW Platteville Lions Club
• Continue to serve as a Guiding Lion for the Portage Lions

Zones
• Attended 4 Zone Meetings in August: 8/5 - R1Z1, 8/11 - R2Z1, 8/12 - R4Z1 & 8/13 - R1Z3
• Created the agenda for the October Regional Zone Meetings, including coordinating guest presenters.

District
• Active participant in the monthly Executive Team Meetings.
• Working with Awards & Recognition Chair Lisa Ruth Krueger and GMT Coordinator on the Club & Lion of the Year Awards and updating the format of the District Convention

Closing Celebration
• Working on chartering the new Winner's Circle Lions Club.
• Continue to act as Club Excellence Process Chair until a new Chair can be identified.
• Conducted 'How To Attract New Members & Keep The Ones You've Got' Workshop on 9/26. 25 attendees from 13 different clubs were in attendance.
• Serving on District Convention Committee State
• Attended VDG Training and the October Council of Governors Meeting in Plover

LCI
• Will be attending the Faculty Development Institute in Schaumburg, November 13-16
