In the first 3 years of Stuff the Bus, Wisconsin Lion & Lioness Clubs have collected more than $500,000 worth of school supplies!

• 3l of the Clubs reported an estimated value of the donations collected. Projecting these numbers across the 79 participating clubs more than $210,000 worth of supplies lvere distributed to local schools. This is a 37% increase over 2014 collections. | |||
• This project continues to grow & make a ditference in the lives of needy Wisconsin children. | |||
• Encourage Districts appoint a strong Stuff the Bus Coordinator to promote the project at their Conventions (presentation, expo table, Stuff the Bus filler ad in Convention program, etc.) & via District Club presentations, emails & social media. |
COG ACTION REQUESTED:
1. Approval for the 2016 Stuff the Bus project w'ith a suggested collection date of August 13.
2. Encourage Clubs in your District that have not reported their 2015 project to contact Lion Jodi Burmester at lionsstuffthebus@gmail.com ASAP so they can be counted in the staterwide total.
