WISCONSIN LIONS MISSIONS Report

The annual meeting for Wisconsin Lions Missions will be held in Shell Lake on August 20th at 9:30AM. Specific details to follow.

Seven Wisconsin Lions completed a mission to Haiti in May. 855 people served. This was in conjunction with a medical mission with Mountaintop ministries. A second mission to Lozendier, Haiti will be in November. This mission is conducted in very primitive conditions. Our 7th mission to Nicaragua will be conducted the week of February 19 thru the 23rd. This mission will be conducted in the city of Chinandega in the northwestern part of the country. The following week, February 26 thru March 3rd, a mission is being planned for Usulut'an, the 5th largest city in El Salvador with the help of the Usulut'an Lions Club. There are 34 Wisconsin Lions signed up for this mission.
