Global Leadership Team Report

The GLT participated in the Club Quality Workshop. It had three speakers (DG Jodi, Tara GMT, and The GLT.) It was two sessions held November 5th at two separate locations. Participants had the opportunity to work on smart plans for their clubs, and review some of their current efforts. There were as many as 24 clubs (40% 0f the district clubs), that had some member(s) in attendance. There were a total of 30 participants. There is a continuing follow-up with the participating clubs for support and assistance. All follow-up comments to date are positive and we will look forward to having another of these type workshops in the next Lion year. We will be trying to reach the other 60% of clubs that did not attend.

We had a successful Second Region Zone meeting schedule. Many attended to discussions on many subjects. Attendance is still low and we will need to work at those clubs that have not attended at least some of these zone meetings.
