Global Management Team Report

In October I helped present at all 6 Region meetings.

Madison Club Growth meeting on Oct 30th — Purpose of group is to increase the number of members in the Madison area clubs and start a new virtual Diabetes club.

On November 5th I presented at 2 Quality Club Initiative workshops, one in Mineral Point, and another in Stoughton. The workshop was attended by 38% of the clubs in the district.

As of Jan 7th the district was down 22 members. This includes 107 new members with 129 drops. The Madison club growth is designed to increase the new members in the district. I will also be sending out a report to each club of the dropped members in the last 5 years in hopes they will ask dropped members back into Lions.
