Children's Vision Screening Report Report

MD 27 and WLF are sponsoring the final Centennial Challenge to screen 100,000 children from 5/1/2017 to 4/30/2018. WLF and PBW coordinated to create a reporting form which has been converted to an MS EXCEL file for our District. Pick up a copy at the Cabinet Meeting for your Club's vision screeners to use or e-mail District Chair, Dave Hineline at: dhineline5629@yahoo.com to obtain an electronic version. The electronic version is fillable on the computer and auto totals the columns. Get your reports turned in so that we can meet and win this challenge.

A training session for the PlusoptiX screeners is scheduled for November 4, 2017 at Edgerton Hospital, 11101 N. Sherman. Sign-In at 9:45 AM and starting time is 10:00 AM. Valerie Grimm from Prevent Blindness will be conducting the training. Contact Lion Bonnie Jorstad (bonniejorstad@gmail.com) or Lion Dave Hineline (e-mail below) to register by November 1st.

Congratulations to Shullsburg Lions Club as they joined other District Lions Clubs owning Plusoptix screeners. A member donated the funds necessary to purchase their very own camera.
