USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum Report
Spokane, Washington will be the site of the 2019 USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum. The Forum opens on Thursday, September 19 and closes after the banquet on Saturday, September 21. As the name indicates the forum is about leadership, but Lions members at all levels in the clubs and districts will find seminars that are beneficial to their clubs and to them personally.
Opening Day - Thursday evening entertainment will be High Street Show Band. This is a brass band that plays music from the 60's, 70's, 80's and more. They are high energy. This will get you in the spirit for the rest of the forum.
Friday Lunch - Sherre DeMao is founder and CEO of BizGrowth, Inc. She is an expert in helping executives to individuals prosper.
Saturday Lunch - President Elect Dr. Jung-Yul Choi will be speaking with us.
Saturday Evening - Joshua Allison is Founder and Chief Ideator for ThinkCafe. Joshua specializes in workplace leadership and engagement. He will share his knowledge to develop relationships with teens and young adult.
These are the motivational speakers, but you will be motivated by more than 60 seminars. Also, Lions learn so much when networking with others to come up will solutions for common issues.
The Spokane Forum will also offer us a Strides Walk, Hands-On Service Project, Diabetes Screening and Blood Pressure Checks. Don't forget to take advantage of Lions University. Graduation takes place at the Forum.
Take advantage of the early bird special. Save some money until May 31.
