Children's Vision Screening Report

A training/recertification session for the PlusoptiX screeners will be held on March 8, 2019 at the Marriott Hotel in Middleton. The time schedule is 3:00 - 5:00 PM. District Convention registration is not required to attend.

Thirty-One Lions & Lioness clubs have participated and reported a total of 10,138 children screened and 922 referred as of March 2nd. The latest club to become involved is the Janesville Noon Lions Club that screened their first four schools in February. Welcome aboard Janesville. There are a few more clubs that have conducted screenings that have not submitted reports to the District Chair. Get your results into the District Chair by attaching them to an e-mail or snail-mail them to the addresses below. To obtain an electronic version (Microsoft Excel File), send a request to Lion Dave. The electronic version is fillable on the computer and auto totals the columns. Please use this latest form to report grade level screenings, a version of which can also be downloaded from the Lions 27-D1 website.
