27-D1 Zoom Commander Report

It's been a busy month for 27-D1 Lions in the virtual world.

• The “Virtual Meetings” document was updated to include two new sections:
    ○ 1) How to setup a Zoom meeting using the District's license, and
    ○ 2) Online meeting etiquette

• The updated “Virtual Meetings” document also includes a link to a YouTube video, “Basic Zoom Meeting Controls”, which will also be highlighted during the Oct 26, 27 and 28th Region meetings. All of the Region meetings will be held via Zoom. Registration is required and easy:

• Token Creek and Mount Horeb are both using the District Zoom account for their meetings, and a few other clubs, including Madison Central, are using accounts their members have access to.

• At this time, there are a dozen future meetings scheduled using the District's Zoom account.
