Approval of Minutes - CS Missy Dickson reported that the minutes are available on the District website.

Treasurers Report / Budget - CT Bill Severson reported that the treasurer's report was posted to the website.
MOTION: PDG Conrad Dreyer/ Adam Crowson To approve the Treasurer's report. ...CARRIED...
Committees - reports available on the District Website
Global Membership Team (GLT) - Lion Tony Sobczak shared that three sessions of No Lion Left Behind have been held with one more remaining. Zone Chair and officer training is being discussed and hoping to resume club visits.
Global Membership Team (GMT) - Adam Crowson reported that the GAT has been working together on No Lion Left Behind, he's attended global membership meetings for the state and is also hoping to resume club visits. PDG Jodi Burmester submitted a report for GMI - the new NAMI - and the report is available on the website.
Global Service Team (GST) - on Bruce Voight's behalf, DG Tammy shared that there have been many drive thru food drives and thanked all for their commitment to this effort.
Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin - Director Erica Singley shared that they are continuing to struggle with COVID - fewer non-COVID deaths means fewer tissues for collection. They have applied for a second PPP loan. Their chief processing individuals contracted COVID, so have had other eyebanks help with processing.
Restoring Hope Transplant House - PDG Bob Faliveno shared that they are hoping to get construction started this spring when the weather permits. Patient stays in 2020 were down to the loss of $200,000. They are still looking for major donors. Bob Faliveno will get sponsorship documentation from Cindy to share.
Wisconsin Lions Foundation - Director John Elvekrog reported that club donations are down 25%. They did receive a PPP loan and have applied for a second.
Vision Screening - Milo Parker reported that Plusoptics has changed its policy on repair costs if a camera is not under warranty - repair costs must be paid upfront before it is put on warranty. The district has 12 cameras that are eligible to go on warranty.
MOTION: Milo Parker/ PID Phil Ingwell To permit the contact of clubs to get their cameras under warranty. ...CARRIED...
MOTION: Milo Parker/ PDG Bob Faliveno To approve the renewal of the warranty for the district camera that is housed in Lancaster for $295. ...CARRIED...
LCIF - Dan Marshall reported that due to COVID we are short LCIF goals and are not concentrating on participation. Last year had 110 donors, this year 36 donors. Goal is to surpass by 6/15. Encouraging any in-person meeting to include a pass the hat. Simply have people reduce the amount of the donation from $100. PDG Jodi Burmester shared that there is a Tell-a-thon on 4/11 for LCIF.
Convention - Jessica Schwedrsky shared that there are 123 registrants so far. PDG John Jenson reportd that there are 122 delegates registered so far and that voting will open after this meeting.

PDG John Jenson noted that due to the 2021 cancellation of District Bowling, the 2023 District Bowling will automatically go to McFarland.
State Convention - PDG John Jenson shared that registration is currently limited to 400 people. Room rate is $115 per night and there will be no virtual option.
International Convention - Will be held in a virtual format on the same previously scheduled days.
Wheel of Fun/Adjournment - Andy Grosvold won the drawing.
