District Governor Report
DG Tammy Rockenbach shared her goals for the 2020-2021 Lion year. Each Lion is asked to do 100 acts of kindness. Exit surveys have been reintroduced to help understand why Lions are leaving. Three districtwide membership orientations are being planned. A districtwide service project dealing with hunger is in the works along with a districtwide day of service.

DG Rockenbach also reported that in February, Guiding Lion training was held. These new Guiding Lions will be available to assist new clubs or any club that needs help. Development workshops to help develop and identify future district leaders are being planned. LCIF Campaign 100 will remain a priority. Lioness clubs have a tough decision to face this year and will be supported and treated with kindness and respect as they move through that process.

DG Rockenbach noted that technology is the new way of doing business in the current climate. A new cabinet position was created to manage the districts Zoom account and aid clubs with technological needs.
